Here is a recipe for our vanilla coconut cake
Things you will need
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
4 eggs
1/3 coconut oil
1/2 honey
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Frosting
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 coconut oil
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Method
mix together the coconut flour, salt, and baking soda. then in another bowl mix together the wet ingredients then add them into the same bowl. grease pan with coconut oil and put batter in oven for 18-20 minutes on 180C. For the frosting add the ingredients to a bowl and combine until soft and chunky add to cooked cake and put in fridge for 10-12 minutes until cool and serve.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake
Here is one of my favourite recipes the peanut butter cake the things you will need are
batter
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs
2 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 honey
filling
1/2 peanut butter
1/4 honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
method
preheat the oven to 180C and grease the cake pan with coconut oil
combine the almond flour, coconut flour, coco powder, salt, and baking soda
in another bowl combine the eggs, coconut oil, and honey
blend the wet ingredients into the almond flour mixture until thoroughly combined
to make the filling combine the peanut butter, vanilla extract, honey, and salt and mash
with a fork until smooth then add a little bit of the batter in the bottom of the pan then put the filling on top and cover the rest with batter then put in the oven for 20 to 24 minutes let it cool as
it will get ruined if taken out of the pan when hot then serve.

Leek and Broccoli Soup

1 onion
2 leeks
1 celeriac

The avocado mash
2 large avocados
the juice of half a lemon
salt to taste
Method
fill a soup pot with the broth and add the vegetables (diced) boil for 30 minutes on medium until vegetables are soft, when cooked use a hand blender and blend until the consistency is of a chunky soup, for the avocado mash cut the avocados into a bowl and add the lemon juice, and salt then mash with a fork until combined add it to the soup and your done.
