Hi guys! I have seen that I have not done any savoury recipes recently, so today I have found a really cool and yummy recipe for a GAPS pizza inspired by the heal your gut cookbook. Also if your dough is not doughy then don't loose hope in it I did but then when it was ready it was perfect so don't worry about it.
Dough
3/4 cup of coconut flour
1/2 cup of butter
6 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of pizza sauce with herbs
1/2 cup of shredded cheese of choice
Method

Preheat the oven to 180C and place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and use a handheld blender to mix it together until the mix has the consistency of a watery cake mix, lay a baking tray on a bench and lay some parchment paper on it and cut two pieces the same size as the tray leave one piece of paper on the bench and put the other on the tray, pour the mix on to the paper and use the back of a spoon spread it around the paper. Put in the oven for 10 minutes and then take it out of the oven, put the other piece of parchment paper on top of the pizza and then hold the ends of each side and flip it over then take the top piece off the pizza cook for another 10-5 minutes. Once cooked add the pizza sauce and cheese and cook for 5 more minutes and then let it cool and your ready to eat it!
