My Life On GAPS

Hello everyone! today I will be writing about my life on GAPS.
To start off with all kids when they start GAPS will very likely be annoyed at not being able to have sugar I myself didnt enjoy GAPS when we first started but then I learned that there is so many wonderful and creative things that you can make on GAPS. At the beginning of GAPS children will often think "why do I have to sit and watch others eat sugar" as I fist did, but when you look closer their bodies will soon change and their longing for will sugar too. Birthday parties, all kids want sugar on their birthday parties and on GAPS they wont be able to and now that I look closer into it children can have nice foods on their birthdays and I had very nice birthday barbecue at the park for my birthday without sugar, the truth about sugar is that lots of people see how it effects people and makes them want more so of course marketing decided that if they put sugar in everything people will buy more of them increasing their want for it I learnt in a talk that even fruit will make you feel that way the person who strives to help people overcome their love of sugar is Dr Gary Fettke if you would like to follow him on Facebook here is the link

  1. Great viewpoint and well said! Sugar is not all that children and adults believe it is! It is like a poison. Why would we want to put poison in our bodies? We can have great, happy, fun and healthy lives without sugar! Keep up the good work, Sophie! Your body and brain thanks you! ;-) Sarah.

  2. Sugar is basically poison in desguise and as they say it is easier to trick people then it is to convince them they have been tricked.
