Hi everyone! I have recently been looking for a good GAPS brownie recipe and today I have found one, and I have changed the recipe a bit.

it is called 'GAPS double chocolate brownie' and here is how you make it:
- also if you would like me to make another GAPS food then please tell me in the comments.

3 steamed carrots
3 large eggs
2-3 tablespoons of coconut flour
half a block of unsweetened baking chocolate
3 tablespoons of honey
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of chopped hazelnuts
1/4 cup coconut oil

Method

preheat the oven to 180C. Steam the carrots for 30 minutes or until soft and let them cool,
melt the coconut oil and chocolate in a heat safe bowl over boiling water. Put the carrots and 2 eggs in the blender until combined. Add the carrot mix to a large bowl with the last egg, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt, and hazelnuts then add the melted chocolate and coconut oil and mix; adding a tablespoon of coconut flour in between mixes. Put in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked.

And there you have it! the double chocolate brownie!!!!
